Courier Place Center | Smyrna, TN

Courier Place Center is a “flex space” office/warehouse combination with up to 13 suites for tenants at 1068 Courier Place in Smyrna.

Sam Davis Visitors Center & Museum

Executive Director Bethany Hawkins says the expansion of the Sam Davis Home historical and tourist attraction in Smyrna has been nearly 20 years in the making.

After closing the old museum in 1994, the real work began. “We started the serious planning and the fundraising,” she said. The construction, which began in September 2002, should be complete in November 2003.”

Hawkins says the selection of Dow Smith Contracting Company came after interviewing three firms, looking at past projects and talking with past clients.
