Gary Grisham is Vice President/Field Operations Manager for Dow Smith Contracting Company. As well as being responsible for the field staff, Gary retains and manages subcontractors, and handles material procurement and safety oversight.

Gary began his management career in the construction industry in Cookeville, Tenn., as a General Manager before branching off and starting his own business. He brings many years of experience with him to DSCC. Company President Dow Smith says, “I find Gary to be a valuable and significant part of DSCC. His skills and gifts are enormous and a true blessing.”

Grisham and his wife Vickie have been married for 29 years, and are blessed with a wonderful family that continues to grow. Their son, Christopher, and his wife, Nicole, are expecting their first child; their daughter, Lindsay, and her husband, Adam, had the first granddaughter, Jordyn, five years ago.

When asked about his experience at DSCC, Grisham said, “I have enjoyed working at Dow Smith Contracing Company for the last seven years, and I find my job challenging and very satisfying.”
