Why We Make Your Company’s Small Project A Big Priority

Project Manager Ryan Sanford, right, explains to Chief Marketing Officer Taylor Loyal, left, how Dow Smith Company’s Service and Small Projects Division fills a gap for our clients between large scale construction projects and minor tune-ups.

Not all of our clients need a brand-new, ground-up facility. Sometimes they simply need a minor renovation or an office build-out. But they need more than just a handyman with a hammer.

Our Service and Small Projects Division was created to accommodate those requests.

“As soon as you have an idea in your head, call me,” Project Manager Ryan Sanford says on the most recent episode of our From The Ground Up podcast. “We can walk through and we can talk about it.”

The benefit of hiring Dow Smith Company for small projects is that we’ve got an entire team with decades of experience dedicated to these types of jobs. We have long-standing relationships with some of the best subcontractors in the state and our commitment and expertise are available to all of our clients. What may seem like a small project to many commercial contractors can be a large project for our clients. Regardless of size, the Dow Smith team provides the same level of care to all of our projects.

“A testament to how much emphasis Dow Smith Company has put on service is that the primary technician for Service and Small Projects is our most season veteran technician—Steve Williams, who has been here 24 years,” Ryan says on the podcast. “The only person who’s been here longer is Dow Smith. Steve has done literally everything. He is the one who does most of the Service and Small Projects work. He has a servant’s heart. Clients love him. And he can do absolutely anything for them.”
