Fountains at Gateway, a vibrant 31-acre corporate office campus and retail center located in Murfreesboro, is home to Murfreesboro Medical Clinic’s newest facility—a growing medical spa, dermatology and plastic surgery practice. Board-certified dermatologist Dr. Albert Kattine and board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Brad Medling now provide a high level of service and amenities to patients throughout Middle Tennessee. The brand, new 17,000-square-foot space includes 6,000 square feet on the first floor and 11,000-square feet on the second floor.

Initially, the tenant was unsure of what they wanted to do for the design and layout of their new office space. To combat this, our team had to fast-track the design for the custom office space while the shell of the new Seven Oaks building was already under construction.
