Board-certified dermatologist Dr. Albert Kattine and board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Brad Medling now provide a high level of service and amenities to patients throughout Middle Tennessee. The brand, new 17,000-square-foot space includes 6,000 square feet on the first floor and 11,000-square feet on the second floor.

The design phase for this project began in late September of 2018, while the construction phase started in mid-November. Initially, the tenant was unsure of what they wanted to do for the design and layout of their new office space. To combat this, our team had to fast-track the design for the custom office space while the shell of the new Seven Oaks building was already under construction.
After growing up in Washington State and working construction for most of his life, Joel Tellez wound up in Smyrna, where he became a superintendent for Olympian Construction. One day, he was sitting in the pickup line at Thurman Francis Arts Academy in his work truck when Dow Smith—who also had kids at the school—came over and struck up a conversation. A few months later, Joel was working at DSC. Last week, he celebrated 20 years with the company.
