Honor Veterans, Support Nonprofits At The Smyrna Rotary Fish Fry

Since 2003, the Smyrna Rotary Club’s Annual Wings of Freedom Fish Fry has raised more than $1.9 million for local nonprofits.

Mark your calendar for 5 p.m. Saturday, September 9 and plan on attending Smyrna Rotary Club’s 21st Annual Wings Of Freedom Fish Fry & Classic Car Cruise In.

The event, which will be held at the Azure Corporate Flight Management Hangar at Smyrna Airport, has a long history of bringing folks together and raising money for great causes. Since 2003, the event has raised more than $1.9 million for local nonprofits such as Boys & Girls Clubs of Rutherford County, Mid-Cumberland Meals on Wheels, The Senior Activity Center of Smyrna, The North Rutherford YMCA, Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, Rutherford County Area Habitat For Humanity, and more.

This year, the event will honor post-9/11 and Operation Enduring Freedom veterans. If you know someone who served during this timeframe, please have them go to www.wofsmyrna.com to register.
